​1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

Because seats are limited and planning begins well in advance, the following refund structure applies:

• More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (minus 10% administrative fee)

• 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund OR full credit for another bootcamp or deep dive

• 6 days or less: No refund; transfer allowed

 

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel an event due to:

• Instructor illness

• Venue or facility issues

• Emergencies or events outside of our control

• Inclement weather

If we cancel an event:

• Participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future date at no cost.

 

If we reschedule an event:

• Participants may transfer to the new date OR

• Request a full refund if the new date does not work.

​We are not responsible for participants’ travel, lodging, childcare, or other incidental expenses.

 

3. Transfers & Substitutions

• You may transfer your registration to another person up to 24 hours before the event at no charge.

• If you cannot attend, you may request to move into a future session. Approval depends on availability.

 

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the session and did not cancel or request a transfer in advance, the full registration fee is forfeited.

 

5. Inclement Weather or Emergency Events

If weather or unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe to hold the event:

• A new date will be scheduled, and all registrations will transfer automatically

• Refunds will be available if the new date does not work for you

 

6. Participation Requirements & Expectations

To preserve the quality of the experience:

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully

• Recording (audio or video) of the session is not permitted

• Materials provided are for participant use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the session; no refund will be provided in such cases.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

When you register or participate in our programs, we may collect:

• Name, email, phone number, organization

• Payment information (processed securely via third-party provider)

• Pre-bootcamp worksheet responses or survey submissions

• Email engagement and communication preferences

How Your Information Is Used

We use this information to:

• Register you for events

• Communicate program details, reminders, and post-event materials

• Improve future programming

• Send occasional updates about new events or services
  (You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.)

What We Never Do

• We never sell or share your information with unrelated third parties

• We never store or directly handle full credit card numbers

Use of Participant Information

If you share success stories, testimonials, or quotes, we will seek your permission before publishing them.

 

8. Photography & Media Release (Optional but Recommended)

During bootcamps, we may take photos or short video clips for marketing or documentation purposes.

By attending, you grant permission to use images that include you in non-sensitive, respectful marketing materials unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

Participants who prefer not to appear in any photos may opt out during registration or notify staff upon arrival.

 

9. Accessibility & Accommodations

We aim to host inclusive and accessible events.

If you require accommodations (mobility, hearing, visual, dietary, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days prior to the event so we can make appropriate arrangements.

 

10. Health & Safety

We ask that anyone who may be carrying a contagious cold or virus refrain from participating.

We follow venue-specific safety requirements and reserve the right to request participants to comply with any posted guidelines.

 

11. Acceptance of Policies

By registering for any Bootcamp or workshop, participants acknowledge they have read and agree to these policies.
